Service Availability and Jurisdiction Restriction

vivototo's payment infrastructure spans eight channels: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and virtual accounts with mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. Account Eligibility on vivototo
To create a vivototo account, you must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of a jurisdiction where our services are permitted. During account registration, you declare your jurisdiction of residence. vivototo uses your declared jurisdiction, your IP address, and payment-method location as signals to verify eligibility. If we detect inconsistencies—such as a user declaring residence in Jakarta but accessing from a prohibited jurisdiction—we may suspend the account pending verification.
vivototo's Know Your Customer (KYC) process requires submission of government-issued identification and proof of address. We use this information to verify your age, identity, and jurisdiction of residence. If your identification documents or address indicate residence in a jurisdiction where vivototo's services are not available, we will deny account activation and return any funds already deposited.
You are responsible for disclosing any material changes to your jurisdiction of residence. If you relocate to a jurisdiction where vivototo's services are prohibited, you must notify us immediately. We will freeze your account and process withdrawal of any remaining balance to your registered payment method within our standard processing window.

Limitation of Liability
vivototo provides our platform and services on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, error-free gameplay, or instant payment processing. We are not liable for losses resulting from account compromise if you have failed to protect your login credentials.

Prohibited Use of vivototo

- Providing false identity information during KYC verification.
